Dear 2nd
Grade Families,
My name is Jenny Frederich and I will be the substitute
teacher for Mrs. Stulce while she is out recovering from surgery. I’m really
excited to be able to work with this class for the rest of the year! I wanted
to send you this letter so you can get to know me a little better.
I was raised in Lindbergh Schools and feel lucky to be teaching
in the district where I grew up. Over winter break, I bought a house in the
area so we can raise our family in the Lindbergh district. I have one daughter,
Kaylin, who is four years old. I earned
my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Fontbonne University. I am
currently working towards my Master’s Degree in Reading Specialty at Maryville University. I began my teaching career as a student
teacher at Truman Elementary. Then I spent one year teaching 3rd Grade in the Ritenour School District. I returned to Lindbergh Schools when
Concord opened. I truly enjoy working with the students and teachers in this
school! During my time here I have worked with kindergarten, first, second, and
third graders as a literacy teaching assistant.
During first semester, I had the pleasure of working as the
literacy teaching assistant in Mrs. Stulce’s class on a daily basis. I am
already very familiar with the class and their 2nd grade experience
so far. Mrs. Stulce and I have
been preparing for this transition for several weeks. I will spend a few days visiting
the class before she leaves. We will also be in contact while she is out.
I am always available by email at jfrederich@lindberghschools.ws or by phone at 314-729-2400 ext. 3715. I
encourage you to contact me with any questions or concerns at any time. I am
really looking forward to working with you and your children for the remainder of
the year! Thank you for your support during this transition!
Sincerely,
Jenny Frederich
